Projects may include but are not limited to these types of services: Abatement, Biohazard Cleaning, Concrete, Carpentry/Cabinets, Electrical, Fencing, Flooring, General Contracting, Glazing, HVAC/Mechanical, Land Clearing/Excavating, Landscaping, Masonry, Painting, Paving, Plumbing, Roofing, Restoration, Security/Fire/Life Safety, Voice/Data.

All interested contractors must submit a completed and signed (original) Small Works Roster Enrollment Application, and are responsible for keeping their application information current. (i.e., insurance information changes, phone numbers, email or mailing addresses, contact persons, etc.)

Applications are valid for one (1) year from the date received.

Each contractor is required to have an active e-mail address in order to be notified of bid opportunities. Mukilteo School District No. 6 is an equal-opportunity employer and does encourage all qualified women and minority contractors to apply.

Contractors employed by Mukilteo School District No. 6 shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Contracts shall be awarded as limited public work projects to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with RCW 39.04.155. Prevailing wages are required on every project. Costs to file prevailing wage statements are borne by the Contractor.
