The Mukilteo School District Strategic Plan for Improvement begins with a simple belief: when students succeed, our entire community thrives. This shared commitment brings us together in collective responsibility, continuous learning, and mutual accountability. At Mukilteo School District, every student grows, achieves, and thrives.
Our five-year Strategic Plan for Improvement guides our efforts to meet our mission, aligns our resources, and provides a framework for monitoring results so we can make informed decisions to effectively meet the needs of our students, staff, families, and community.
This plan reflects the voices and perspectives of many people in our community, including students, staff, families, and community members who shared their ideas, time, and hopes for the future of Mukilteo School District. We are grateful for their partnership and engagement.
As we move forward, we invite everyone to stay involved, learn about the work ahead, and support the success of our students. Together, we will keep our focus on student success and build a brighter future for all.
