FIELDS AND PLAYGROUNDS 
Physical education, recess, and outdoor learning are important parts of childhood development. Safe, accessible playgrounds and athletic facilities help ensure every student has opportunities to learn, play, and participate. 

• Playgrounds and Athletic Facilities: Replace aging playgrounds, multi-sport fields, tracks, and tennis courts to create safer, more durable spaces for physical education, athletics, outdoor learning, and community use.  

• Accessibility: Improve accessibility throughout outdoor facilities to provide equitable access for students, staff, families, and community members.
