What is the F.U.N. (Fun, Unity and Networking) Committee and what does it do?

Mukilteo School District’s (MSD) The F.U.N. Committee is the districtwide staff social committee, made up of dedicated employees who volunteer their personal time toward organizing staff events. The F.U.N. Committee began more than 30 years ago with the mission of building comradery among staff, and providing educational scholarships to qualifying MSD high school students. 

This is accomplished through events organized throughout the school year, such as the annual holiday bazaar, discounted tickets for staff to theatrical performances, hockey games and more! Staff are welcome to invite friends and family members to most of the planned group activities.  

The annual holiday bazaar is a community event held each year at Mariner High School. District employees and community vendors are invited to participate and sell their hand-made and commercial items. Vendor fees benefit the student scholarship fund. This year’s 31st annual holiday bazaar is Saturday, Nov. 7, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Mariner High School.
