INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR FACILITY USE
To insure risk control, Mukilteo School District requires proof of insurance for all activities in one of the following two manners:

1. CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
The User shall procure, at its own expense, a Comprehensive General Liability insurance policy, naming Mukilteo School District as an additional insured. This policy shall be primary and written with a minimum of $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit per occurrence.

Coverage shall include but not be limited to:

• Broad Form Property Damage
• Products/Completed Operations
• Blanket Contractual

Coverage cannot be cancelled or reduced in coverage without thirty (30) days written notice to the District.

A Certificate of Insurance evidencing coverage and a copy of the Endorsement naming Mukilteo School District as an additional insured must be submitted not less than seven business days prior to the scheduled use.

2. SPECIAL EVENTS COVERAGE
If an outside organization does not have its own insurance, Special Events Coverage can be procured through the Insurance Pool. The premium is charged directly to the outside organization.
