2022 Capital Levy for Technology and Facilities

On Feb. 8, 2022, voters approved a Capital Projects Levy for technology and facilities.

Funds collected through the levy are being used to modernize technology systems throughout the school district, such as student and staff computers and classroom presentation equipment (ActivPanels, document cameras).

Funds are also being used for essential facility needs to ensure ongoing operations and safe learning environments, such as upgrading and replacing security cameras and essential building system components for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire panels, etc.

When does the 2022 Capital Levy expire?

The measure on the February 2022 ballot was approved by voters to renew funding for a replacement capital projects levy that runs for six years beginning in 2023 and continues through 2028.
