The Mukilteo School District’s Maintenance and Grounds Department is dedicated to ensuring safe, functional, and welcoming environments across all district facilities.

Our Grounds Team, comprised of six skilled professionals, maintains over two dozen school campuses and support sites. This team includes certified playground safety inspectors, and operates with a proactive Integrated Pest Management (IPM) system using licensed applicators to manage pests in an environmentally responsible manner.

Our Maintenance Team consists of eleven highly trained employees who support the district’s infrastructure with expertise and efficiency. The team includes a licensed electrician, licensed plumber, licensed HVAC technician, locksmith, carpenters, and general maintenance journeymen—ensuring that building systems, utilities, and structural elements operate reliably and meet all safety and code requirements.

Together, these dedicated professionals uphold the district’s commitment to providing high-quality educational facilities for our students, staff, and community.

The IncidentIQ logo features a stylized 'Q' with a line extending from it, followed by the text 'incidentIQ' and a registered trademark symbol.

Mukilteo School District uses Incident IQ, a cloud-based maintenance work ticketing program, to manage work orders across the district.
