Technology Resources for MSD Staff

  • Please submit a support ticket in Incident IQ for any technology-related assistance or issues.

  • Your service/asset tag number will be seven digits long, all numeric or alpha-numeric. Here are some examples of what your service/asset tag might look like:

    Here are some examples of where you might be able to find your service/asset tag on your device:

    If your device does not have a service or asset tag number, please contact Technology at extension 1207 for help. 

  • Method One: Change on District Device

    If you have a district-provided mobile device (e.g., Surface tablet or laptop), you can change your password directly on your device.

    • Log in with your username and current password.
      • If your password is expired, you’ll be prompted to change it.
    • If your password is not expired, follow these steps to change it manually:
      1. Press Ctrl + Alt + Del on your keyboard.
      2. Select Change a password from the menu.

    Method Two: Change Using the Update Password Page

    1. Visit the update password page.
    2. Enter your full username@mukilteo.wednet.edu, your old password, and your new password, and confirm your new password.
    3. Submit to set your new password.

    This will update your password on Clever, Google, Office 365, Qmlativ, and any other sites that you access using your Mukilteo School District login information.

    Important: If you changed your password using this method on your District device, you should sign out and back in with your new password.
